About the IT Support Staff Level III Position 

You will be working hands-on and directly with leadership and the trading team by providing technical support and administration for all internal end-user software, hardware, and connectivity issues. The IT Staff Support, Level III position is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, researching, tracking and resolving challenging technical problems as they arise. It takes a unique and driven pro to succeed at Eldorado!

Requirements

- 6+ years related IT support experience in a trading environment
- Proficiency with Trading Technologies software
- Experience with LAN technologies and the TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to a new and changing technical environment
- Expertise with Microsoft business products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows)
- Excellent critical and analytic thinking abilities
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues


*** Bachelor&rsquos; degree preferred
***Experience with a Linux preferred
***Moderate programming experience a plus
